I love AM acoustic album Crime and reinventing Axl Rose, but this sounds like shit. I mean, it's fun and all pretending that the earliest stuff is always the best. But this is shit. Shitty sound, shitty drumming, shitty vocals. The lyrics are interesting and passionate even though very idealistic and representing his immaturity at the time. Artists improve, mature, refine their talent, and their fans continue to act like the first thing they shat out was pure gold because it's not mainstream.

Everyone says this stuff had more meaning and all that jazz, but how the fuck do they know the words? Don't get me wrong this is a beautiful song..... but I couldn't tell you a single word in it, due to quality issues. And anyone that thinks they sold out is a dumb ass.
