I think a few others noticed it to. She has a great voice, don't get me wrong. She is part of a very small percentage of people who can sing at that level. The arrangement was good, as well as the actual performance of the song. That is where it ends for me though. This is a sad song and she is smiling through out. Huh? If you see Tamyra Gray's performance (and note her arrangement is very very similar) compared to this performance and honestly, it is in a different league. The main reason is because look closely and you can see Tamyra is feelin' it. She is not just singing, she is "sangin' it". I am half filipino, so you would think I might be biased towards Aicelle, but it is what it is. Good job none the less, but I wouldn't say it is contest worthy.

I know this is a clever move to copy Tamyra's version but Aicelle's performance here simply blew me away! With the excellent quality of her voice and powerful voice control, copying Tamyra's version of this song, in this instance, simply becomes immaterial...

it feels very calculated. It looks expressive, It sounds expressive, but it feels very calculated. You can't fake having soul in your music, it either comes from within, or you're not really doing it right. However the performance itself was spot on. And she does have a wonderful voice.

I have to admit this girl is BAD! Like with Tamyra Gray... She went all showtime at the apollo on the song and I actually stopped it and looked for something else. But Miss Santos killed this and she is sooooooooo serious. Surprised I never heard of her before...Must be a states this. No copycat. Just straight RAW talent. Class act I definitely agree

Great voice, however asian singers tend to sing a little chopy and not pronoucing sharply while singing in english.

Ok, you are all the reason why there will never be world peace. I make a comment that was meant to be a compliment and you twist it and start being rude over nothing. I was NOT talking about her not being able to speak the language, but simply pointing out that the accent is completely gone when they sing. I think that that is truely a great talent that is not easy to perfect. I love them and enjoyed watching this video over and over, but now all of you jerks are just ruining it.
