if this band along with several other 1st wave u/k "punk" bands (gen X, pistols, clash, jam, stranglers, xtc, etc) would've snagged the american airwaves it would've been another british invasion, and it was...but this music was something (i believe) the u/s wanted to keep underground. the vibrations of it has slithered it's way to the mainstream via things like nirvana, green day, f/fs, r/h/c/ps, etc...but all these great u/k bands should be played on u/s rock radio everyday. that's my 2 cents.
