This is an all times medieval music hit, written by Susato about 500 years ago. Children enjoy playing this kind of fairy tales music. There are several live versions of same song, the latest is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UPGPal6c-5s
Watch Stefan (9 yo) performing on all his nine instruments! He is probably the youngest multi-instrumentalist in the world!
Stefan learned to play the trumpet, harmonica, xylophone and the harp - alone, without any help.
Like all our videos, this is not edited, but a live recorded performance. That's why the kids are tense and careful to make sure they don't make any tiny mistakes.
On Aug. 11, 2012, they performed this song live, among others, at the Renaissance Fair in Big Bear City, California: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EingLspkCU8
Same place on Aug 18th: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b_kq6_Q897c
Big Bear again, one year later (2013): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UPGPal6c-5s
This is not about personal fame here, but an effort of good kids trying to promote, in a more spectacular way, the kind and beautiful medieval music.
The 'youngest multi-instrumentalist' sentence is true and not over estimating. If anyone will find a vid with a younger kid playing fairly well on 9 or more instruments, then we'll remove that statement. Until then, Stefan works hard and deserves recognition.
