Big Bank Hank reminds me of Mr. Melvin Franklin of the legendary Temptations. They absolutely loved their jobs. R.I.P. Mr. Jackson!

Memories of my youth , 1981 I was 12yrs old & use to listen to my older brothers 45s of Grandmaster Flash , Whodini , Sugar Hill Gang , Fab 4 Plus 1 etc . For some white boys from Australia , while everyone was into disco , a few of us white boys embraced the underground rap sounds from the Bronx & Harlem , NYC . We loved-it :) :) . 1981 =. 6x Speaker Sanyo Portable Radio Cassette recorder , Nomad shoes , Levi's jeans , V neck pull overs . :)

I watched the documentary on theme the other day on Centric. These dudes got ripped off so bad. Crazy. I love how poised they were in this interview. These rappers today need to take some notes.

Yeah, Emily Post Etiquette books were very popular with the young black guys back then, especially rappers.
