Agreed that Transistor is the best, I thought there was some filler myself at first, but now I'm digging every song - Grassroots was great, as was unity, but there's not enough variety compared to what Transistor had, in my opinion.

@onetimejustonce To many "filler" songs in transistor. It would have been solid with just 12 songs. They pushed it a little to hard. Hexum has a fetish for The Clash and wanted his own sandisista. Only diff is sandinsta was all over the place compared to Transistor where it didnt break away from its out of space theme.Transistor is good and till this day ahead of its time for many. example of filler...Tune In that songs fucking sucks.

311 fans can argue all they want...transistor is the best album-21 songs that sound like both early and now 311; it makes transistor the best....they basically got so good 'they' had to 'produce' how good it sounded...'from chaos' is the best we've heard since 2000 but transistor is the best overall 311 album-no weaknesess!!!...but after all..'its not about us...its for real my man...the imbiguous life there is no end..movin through life..movin through death'...the SA...'the continuous life'...
