This would be fine music, if they could just quit screeching every 30 seconds or so. Also, they've fallen into the trap that so many heavy metal bands fall into. They believe that faster and more skilled automatically equals better. It's disconcerting to hear Rhapsody's influence on them... But then stripped of all the interesting melodies and slow moments that eventually made the energetic bits MUCH more powerful. Power of the Dragonflame remains one of my favorite albums for that reason.10 years ago
