Wow... Though my moral opinion opposes the practice of homosexuality, as I listened to the song more and more, I smiled, despite myself. The messages in Vienna Teng's songs have this unspeakable power to refocus the listener on what is truly important, and it is often simple. It's LOVE. Really, it's a beautiful thing, and it's love. Is love such a bad thing?

*My impression is that there have been some conservative people who have completely missed the point of it and think it’s a great song because it’s about getting married and being happy. In a way, that’s my point. It is about getting married and being happy. Anybody should be able to do that.
