Phenomenon

Seventeen and a nature's queen ya, know what I mean

Twenty one, alone one

You can see the numbers run

Now you look so peaceful, lyin' there asleep

With the wings of God above you

Before the spirits meet

--Rock bottom, rock bottom, rock bottom

* Rock bottom, rock bottom, rock bottom

Shadow EARTH is closin' in above the lamps in your street

Lucifer goes walkin' down for you to meet

Minutes pass so slowly by the, hands on your clock

Heaven's door don't open, when you knock

* Repeat

With all darkness closin' in

Will the light reveal your soul?

One sweet kiss on your clay cold lips...

One long sleep you'll never know

Where do we go, where do we go

Where do we go from here

This don't sound anything like guns and roses. This album came out in 1974 it is a jem. Schenker, EVH. Hendrix, and many more the pioneers of rock. Its a shame that rock is dead today in this country.

"17 and nature's queen, you know what I mean?" what a freaking killer line! Then you have a blazing guitar line to go with it and, well it doesn't get any better than this!

Tight! "Where do we go … where do we go … where do we go from here?" sounds familiar. "Sweet Child O' Mine" decades later?

Michael Schenker is good but this band really does not do anything for me

I'd say the Peter Way is an underrated bassist compared to the plaudits that the likes of Butler get everyone knows about the guitar on this track but the bass fucking groves and the drummer was fucking a on this album.

A teenage band I was once in (Electric Freak) used to play this and Doctor, doctor - in the heart of CW & Bluegrass land!

Sabbath may be a birth giver, yes. But this is the first full fledged heavy metal ever

The fast part of the solo kinda reminds me of Kurt Hammett's solos on Kill 'Em All.

is there something unusual about the drumming/bass in the solo part? Can a musician explain?
