Love Todd, HATED that guitar solo...he was struggling through the whole thing. I've seen him play that song like 100 times, but he was in trouble there for a while, and I could even see Jesse there trying to help him out at one point...he went for the screaming high notes he's SO fucking good at towards the end, but could never seem to get them in tune, he was always a little flat...anyway, Todd's not perfect, but he's still my favorite guitarist and I was curious if anyone else thought it bit.

I saw the Calgary and Edmonton show. Tony was fine. The Calgary show was only the 2nd show of the tour. Tony was quite amazing. In Edmonton the very next day he was even better. He's also a really great guy too. One of my old GFs is a stick player. He signed her bass and stick in the afternoon. She flipped him her CD. After the show we were talking with him and he complimented her on one of her songs. Wish I caught the look on her face on camera. Priceless.

This lineup had actually by this point completed a cross Canada tour ( Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Toronto, Montreal) and were consistenly killer. I believe these shows motivated the "Arena" recording style. Saw all the shows and it was awesome having Levin adding his style....

Saw a version of this show in Edmonton. Small venue. Absolutely awesome! Ease up on Tony, people. Remember who he is. Plus, I've heard and seen Todd screw up his own songs on Letterman.

Todd is a very under-rated guitarists, but I have always liked how he works the tremolo bar, and bends strings to the point of breaking! Not to mention awesome tone!

Gotta agree with ya, defunct. Tony`s all over the place, especially during the lead. Good thing he had Jesses` rhythm to watch to get him on track. Jack Bruce and Zack Starkey with Todd on the Ringo All Star tour.. now THEY nailed Black Maria with Todd.
