It wasnt written FOR Johnny Cash, Danzig released it a few years ago back in the 90s and Johnny Cash, much like he did to Trent Reznor, took his song and owned it. This is coming from a huge fan of danzig i had the album when it came out and liked 13 a lot but JC totally owned it.
