Terrific performance as usual for the TH. They were an incredible band. Shame that the radios totally ignore this band. It's incredible... their name should be famous at last as the U2! At last..

Always one of my favorites growing up. That live record they put out was killer! These dudes were actually the first twin-guitarist I'd ever seen or heard before. They were remarkably good....even before Tipton/Downing (JP) & Murray/Smith (IM) sj~13 #THIN LIZZY

Excellent song, but this live performance misses some punch somehow... Certainly not the perfection some seem to see in it... And gosh, if you see what has become of Phil Lynnot in just 7-8 years time (see Youtube clips from 1975)... He's like a dead man walking, paying the price for the life in the fast and unhealthy line. Sad, as the man had excellent musical talents, a nice voice, stage presence etc. But well, that sad auto destructive thing in so many rock singers makes you wonder if they shouldn't have bookkeeper or milkman in stead.

In Canada, Lizzy was clearly underrated. Like Gary Moore they barely toured the area. However, those who knew a fair bit about rock guitar, knew they were worth a listen. Gary came one time in Montreal, he opened, then Accept followed, then Def Leppard (head liner.) It was the Corridor of Power album. Accept was at their best at the time. In those days tickets were $18 - $20 ;-) and we found them expensive... Lizzy and Gary had the wrong air cut at the time. They were about music.
