I was so blown away by the sound of this performance (I don't usually like songs transposed to a lower key, but *this* song sounds good in ANY key), I kinda forgot to *watch* the video. Brian looks sharp as hell in that suit! He always had good fashion sense when he made the effort. And I WANT that guitar of Clapton's! That's a beautiful paint job on it.

There isn't much room for Eric Clapton to add more than a few decorative little touches. But who's to say he isn't enjoying himself? Great song, performed with the dignity it deserves. Better than what's left of the Beach Boys today, but we gotta shout out to Mike Love for the lyrics. They were never the main draw, but they're quite good.

I think Eric enhanced this track very nicely. It's one of my very favorite Beach Boy songs. Eric's vocals fattened up Brian's vox and complemented them. His understated guitar solos were tasteful and nice. I really enjoyed this performance.
