SP are definitely a band that people either love or totally don't get. This album of theirs in particular has been a reliable favorite of mine for years, but I know it would be utterly impossible to convert a friend who didn't like it. That said, I absolutely love the "wall of sound" style that the album has throughout, and unlike many fans I think lyrically this is some of his most profound work. Very condensed, and within one can find many layers of meaning. At once both raw and soothing.13 years ago

One thing people need to remember about the pumpkins is that its a DEPRESSING BAND i listen to them a lot when i'm sad they are great and iwish they were still a band a lot of unique songs billy did really amazed me13 years ago

this album has some really awesome stuff and then a couple songs i don't really wanna hear often that are kinda strange and remind me of what mcCartney did on shit like lady madonna which i didn't care for. but yea this song and glass and the ghost children are fucking SUPERB this song is maybe my favorite mix of distorted guitars and new wavey synth. so depressing but i love it13 years ago
