Personally, I interpret it as about a young man and a girl, he is in love with the girl, but her father abuses her, both physically and sexually. The boy plans to kill her father, and probably ultimately does. The last part of the song is him either fantasizing about or describing their life together. At least, that's how I interpret it after examining the lyrics.

I think its about another abusive father, between violence and sexual abuse it has all become all too normal in her life and now she is his lover and he is cracking up trying to live with her? (And if you touch her again with those grubby lil hands again, I will have to break them) (When I come home at night I loosen my neck tie, and we move the furniture around. But is your world we live in). (AND I SPEND THE NEXT 40 YEARS MOVING THE THERMOSTAT AROUND)! Well thats my interpretation any way!
