The one thing that people that are staunchly of the "Only Christian Music" mindset fail to realize is and is factual that The King of RockNRoll Elvis Aron Presley lent his RCA Studio #1 to Bill Gaither in order for him to get started in the music industry. If not for my Fellow Mississippian, Elvis Aron Presley Bill Gaither would not have been as big as he is today in the music industry. For people to sit an cast aspurgains against the singing of this song by the very group that is responsible for the delivery of and the rise of the Christian Gospel Music Genre is in fact INSANE. They could have sung "Trying to love two women is like a ball and chain" and it would have been great too. In fact that song is filled with moral teachings. A man and woman should not fool around inside of a relationship. One man and/or One woman is enough, period. The Oak Ridge Boys are fine examples of forgiving and forgetting. Their storied past is evidence of that very fact.

@Logic45audio Im a Christian and I believe that you are to separate yourself from sin and follow your convictions but you shouldnt judge others if they do not have the same convictions as you. The Holy Spirit leads each individual in heir own convictions. This is a song about a man who wishes to marry a woman because he loves her and love is a very SPIRITUAL and GODLY thing. God is love so as Christians we must love others, even if their convictions are different from our own. Christ loves all and He gave His life for everyone This song is clean and says nothing that goes against God's Holy Word. It does not premote sex, drugs, gays, or drinking only love and in the world we live in today a song that doesnt have that stuff in it is a rare thing. the fact that it still exists should thrill you..... and if it doesnt..... And if your convictions are so strong about it then why did you listen to it in the first place? Listening to it makes you no better or worse than them!
