I actually made a personal CD set of all their recordings. Including both takes of "You've Got Me Picking Petal Off Of Daisies" Love the happy sound.

Yes Grzegorz, That would be me. I am after all very PATRIOTIC and will do all I can to entertain the boys! But let me ask you, Is that you and the lovely Barbcarb in the last picture 2:48? You sure look very Velentinoish and dapper in that tux.

I LOVE THIS SONG! It makes me very happy! Love the lyrics...ADORABLE. WONDERFUL!!!!! EXCELLENT!!!! THE BEST!!!!! Love the arrangement.... I would dance my head off. I'm glad the people in 1931 had it, I'm sure they loved it too and I think they needed something like this.

1933 was the height of the Depression. It began late in 1930... and gradually affected more and more people..

The High Hatters are a favorite of mine and this may be the best version of this tune. The 'chirping birdies' are a bit fey but it's hard not to fox trot around the room while this is playing.

Just think: 1931 was the heart of the Depression and there were already rumblings of the coming War, yet people were dancing in the Silver Slipper. Thanks for this lively complement to Aston's and others' beautiful melancholic songs. You're achieving a fine balance with what you decide to upload each night.

In fact I think I've never uploaded anything either, I should look what I've got (not much but a couple of good ones though).
