again, this song is one of the few that make the album. a nice, upbeat feeling, even though the song is way faster, but they kept that amazing feeling we wanted from this whole album. this song is truly a great cover. that is what we Mötley Crüe fans wanted....while we weep over our loss of a great heavy metal band, we will smile knowing some artist still have the amazing capability to cover their songs

So all the way back to '82 neighbor guy a couple years older gets a hold of one of the Crue's 900 self-produced cassettes (he was well connected) - he's into punk rock back then but knows I am into rock and he and I both were musicians. So he thinks I'll like it and so I get it, turn all my friends on the the crue (we were all too young to get into see them, but we saw their ads in the recycler and in BAM and on flyers all over) and been a fan forever.Now, I love country too - I love outlaw country - I like C3 BUT.........Sorry people, I see YOU'RE diggin it and that's cool, but I can't feel it. Don't like the version. Live wire is a muscle song, with balls, and whatever most of you are seeing or hearing in this version I can't see it, feel it, or hear it. Just think this version sucks......so you can have it and I'll sign off......
