they actually did the cover as covers are supposed to be done. it lame to see exact copies of songs. they used to vocals of this song as the chorus guitar melody, and used the guitar melody of this song and used it as the vocal melody of theirs. and changed the lyrics into a song about an old lady that gives out lollipops to kids. its a damn brilliant cover too.

@BrianM1 doesnt stryper also cover songs and change lyrics? Are covers ripoffs now? Midori no Obachan is quite obviously a cover. With how popular Styper was in Japan I doubt any serious band would rip off their songs. And yes, everyone should go over and check out Midori no Obachan, its kickass.
