I think overall this demonstrates more of conceptual creativity and 'coolness' than it does talent. Sure, her guitar playing is pretty cool but more than anything it's her and the Japanese woman's clothing style, demeanor, and the weird but very cool choreography that makes them stand out. It's also nice to see older performers (esp the Japanese woman who appears to be in her 50s) in such a band.

The stilted "choreography" detracts so much from the performance. Annie used to be personable and direct with her audiences. Great tune, though. Really can't find much fault in any of her musical work across all the albums. Very creative!

First heard of St. Vincent from SNL and Nirvana reunion but for some reason I didn't download any of her music but this song/performance pushed me over the edge! I'm excited to check out her catalog.
