Great Sonny James, may he still live a lot. I had a great youth around '58-'63 thanks to wonderful performances like this one. Another record that comes to my mind, every time I listen to this,is a cousin-composition "First date, first kiss, first love" which now I recall was recorded by the same Sonny James. So I'm a twice eternally thankful guy to this fine performer.Wonderful and simple arrangements and a fine vocal group, at Capitol, backing these two memorable hits.

Mr. Sullivan {1901 - 1934} and the 'Southern Gentleman' turns 84 years old on May 1st {May he have many more}
