I actually was in a folk band for a time in the 90's and we actually opened for them at some place here in Dayton Ohio. I was absolutely transfixed on the vocal harmony, decided that day that I suck and stopped writing music, I still play though just covers now. Love this version of the song anyone know where to get it?

@signeermegasejxD: "Where's the heart in me that made the one in you so cold?" You don't think the lyrics fit with a certain tension? Seriously??

@jessesnowden Hey no worries. You can play it however you want, but I'm just saying Jonatha's website says she uses standard tuning: jonathabrooke-dot-com -> Music -> Odds and Ends. And bar chords are super-fun and useful once you get used to playing them.

@notatinklefan not trying to be a jerk, but you're wrong. i mean yes you COULD play the chords in standard tuning, with two extra fingers, if you could span 7 frets. put your guitar in the open E tuning and you will realize it. in that tuning the whole song is played with two fingers. easy as shit. if you want me to tab it out I can totally do that for you!

Ah, it's from the Live at KBCO album: hypem.com/item/15pd4/The+Story+-+So+Much+Mine+(live+at+KBCO) Haven't figured out how to download it though...

@jessesnowden Actually, I think the chords are with a standard tuning. I figured out: E, Abm7, A, B And on the chorus (where they get really fancy): E, Gbm, Am7 But I'm definitely missing some stuff in there...

@EmmaMac94 its in a different tuning E-B-E-F#-B-e. from big E to little e. then go listen to "in your atmosphere" by john mayer. they are the same chords and tuning. good luck!

Hi I am trying to figure out how to play this but I can't find the chords anywhere. Would you mind telling me what you were using. Thanks so much.

This is definitely not the version on The Angel in the House, which has a full band backing Jonatha and Jennifer.

@redshift96 This is on The Story's album Angel in the House. Jonatha was in The Story before going solo after a fallout with Jennifer Kimball. And yes, it is stunning. I love Jonatha and Jennifer's harmony on this track.
