what a great voice a rel rocker a powerhouse ! I frst had a tape my son gave me from the album/CD Rats in 1994 I have never seen her perform until this on YouTube. My son died in 1995 so this song and entire album means alot to me. He had seen her in a live concert . The song she sings, Breakin' truly breaks my heart and reminds me so much of my Seth

I've never heard such a visceral song about living with someone who's an addict. Some years ago my family life was torn apart living with an alcoholic... and I totally connect with the feeling Sass expresses in the lyric, "It's pissin' down, it's pissin' down again". The incredulity you feel when you put yourself through the mill yet again, believing that somehow this time should have been different.
