It is "Over" by Portishead...Legendary "Trip-Hop" (downtempo) Group in the UK. Great song and an amazing group...I believe they thanked Wu in the liner notes of their first album back in 94. I FREAKED OUT when I heard this the first time...being a fan of Wu and Portishead. Check out "Only You" by Portishead too.
