When Roger wrote it he called it "The Swiss Maid", when he recorded it in 1961 he called it "Fair Swiss Maiden". Go figure.

Roger Miller could sing anything and I would like it. This is just great! Just found in wikipedia that Roger Miller wrote this. Didn't know that. Although he was such a prolific writer, and usually performed his own songs. Thanks for posting!
