@James. In watching this over a few times, you can clearly see that each time Eddie exhales, he produces vapor. It can't be from Dave's cig. At :53, he exhales two small breaths and there it is. I think you are correct.

It was June during this performance so it definitely was not 20 degrees or cold at all for that matter, if you watch the color version you can see that they are drenched from the rain and their own sweat.

Not trying to start an argument or anything, but actually this show took place in June so it couldn't have been 20 or 40 degrees. It was raining and if you watch the color version you can see that they were drenched in sweat. As far as seeing his breath goes, it was probably coming from Dave A''s cigarette that he was smoking. Again not trying to start an argument. Great upload.
