this is a really sweet version! if i could advise you: vocally, yr breathing and emphasis is focused on the highs which makes sense for most songs but you should be more focused on the lower notes, typically at the end of lines, for this song. you're singing as if the peaks are the standout but they're not here. it's an emotional song and it's structured in such a way that the lower notes (again, typically at the end of lines) impart much more emotion. you hit all those highs but kinda trail off at the end which changes this song significantly. it's not bad but consider the difference in a song about loss and heartbreak where the vocal emphasis and strength isn't on the high notes on the middle but instead on the lows at end. it pairs the lyrical content with the vocal style. the lows are the most important, lyrically, vocally, musically.

nice job on the pitch and the guitar work isn't bad....you asked for a critique, so I'd say take a really deep breathbfore you sing those loud parts, It will hep your voice get over that guitar and stay a little fuller and more stable. As I said, great job overall.
