This song is called "I'll Swing My Fists" and the band is Paddock Park (now under a different name - I believe it is We Are Defiance) from their album "A Hiding Place for Fake Friends"
I read that they were formed by a former member of A Day to Remeber (the drummer?) from their very first album "And Their Name Was Treason"
PS: I'm not 100% with this ADTR info, but the biographies of both bands had one name in common.

The ADTR info Is correct and yes Tom Denney did produce their album because Brian Calzini (rough vocals of paddock park) was a former member of ADTR and was in the ORIGINAL unclean monument doing back up screams. And i THINK he was the drummer because Alex is and Kevin are currently the only unoriginal members. Also we are defiance is his NEW band. (Brian)12 years ago
