I remember when Watershed came out, one reviewer said there was some experimentalism on the album, but this song (the single) was "Opeth by the numbers." I like how at this point in their career, you could just count on Opeth to come up with something this fucking amazing, that it would be predictable and even kind of lame of them, to have something only this good!It's true, the opening is so towering that it sets the bar high, the rest of the song lives up to that, but the best part for me is the acoustic interlude - so damn ghostly...
