This album is undeniably Opeth and is absolutely fantastic. People failing to see that boggle my mind. Sure Heritage was a bit of a stinker, but Pale Communion makes up for it and then some.

Well, I certainly can handle both I'm not limited to one style or the other. I have dig many bands only to get tired of newer albums and fall back in love with them later on. Listen to what you like, there is more music out there than you can imagine. Grow.

Well, this is my first opeth and i love it. I'm super obsessed with religious iconography and this is just so awesome, the way you come back out of the forest are the end, pass the wolf going the other way, it's like some feverish vision from the nightmare on the deathbed of a medieval princess who is taken too soon.
