No Doubt is great live. That's not easy to do. The music has to be simple but powerful. And Gwen has to be secure in her ability. Many bands are terrified to perform live, they need digital enhancing to sound good. But No Doubt has so much experience and such a high skill level they are comfortable with it and have great performances.
