Not it's just a mix of strange sounding words in greek.They have a point once you've analyzed the lyrics...but I'm greek and I have a hard time undrstanding most of it just by listeing to it once.

In response to photobug41's question: Mouskouri never did a studio recording of this and it was never released on record by her but, interestingly enough, in more recent years, the wonderful Irish singer Mary O'Hara did a recording of it on a disc of international songs entitled "World of Music."

@Sagewizify What I meant was: the words used in the song do not actually mean anything in particular. They are invented words that composer Yiannis Markopoulos used in order to avoid censorship during the Greek military junta of 1967-1974.

@antonyKidric Hardly would have to be. Greek is her first language. I'm just not identifying language I know.
