Ok so many people upset about the 3:34 - 3:36 Mark. It is Mariah all of the voices your hearing it is called double vocals they go in the studio and sing on part then replay and sing over the same part with either the same thing or something different that is what she did. If you listen to mariahs music you will find Mariah sings the same lyrics in a few different tones on some songs like for the record from e= mc^2 she sings the song in a few different octives check it out.9 years ago

This is my song. One of my favorites from Glitter along with Twister. I was so surprised to see her duet with Eric Benet. He's got a little range on him so this worked out. Unexpected but definitely appreciated. Tommy, you know, still felt some type of way and put a little magic in the air which is why the child's album didn't do too well, but the music was undeniable (in the studio). I like the chorus and the way she sounded when she said, every night and every day must we hesitate, I cannot alleviate please don't make me wait. I also like that C#999 she hit at 3:36.
