I read somewhere that he didn't release it because the two different parts don't match each other, in key, or rhythm, or something, and hearing them together like this, I get it, but I feel like if he wanted to, he could have fixed it and made a whole song.

Sadly it was never released, nor is it on the film soundtrack. From what I understand he doesn't even perform it at concerts.

You Sir/Madam deserve a subscription! I'm in love with this song since i watched The Cure the other day and i can't help but cry to this song, but it's a happy cry. If i watched the film again i will cry again just like i did when i watched The Cure for the 2nd time today! I know i'm a 19 year old guy but i don't care!
