Dear Carol., I do not know which summer in the 90s you were referring to? It would not be 1992 or 1993! (too cool and wet).But,most certainly,it could have been 1994,1995 or 1996! Yes,her voice is very strong.And I was one,most fortunate to hear it belting out live on stage at Kokos (Camden) one autumn night in 1992.After the PA set,the band left their VIP suite,along with Kathy Dennis to mingle with the party guests ! It was Paul Heard I spoke to briefly.Regarding Carolyn Ellis' comment "JUST GIVE ME ONE NIGHT",it was that night (1/2 October 92) which seemed to fit the bill.I have it recorded in the 1992 diary.And it was Danny Rampling on the decks at the end,as that African drummer thundered "African Rhythyms" on the drum as guests left.I seem to recall Judge Jules on the stage too at one point James (Carlisle)
