He's not a household name but "underrated" ends as soon as you hear him. John Scheinfeld's documentary makes it clear Nilsson put work into "getting in his own way," doing just about everything he could to NOT stay on top. I'm not talking about regular rock excess - I'm talking about calmly undoing everything he could in order to avoid being pigeonholed - or reliable. Amazing fella. I have most of these CDs, but getting them in a tasty and tasteful box set? I'm ordering my set immediately.

Harry is MY all time favorite also. I have nearly all of this collection on vinyl and have been collecting it on CD for years. I agree 'so sadly underrated'. A BRILLIANT artist with an incomparable voice, unmatched wit and unparalleled sense of melody (as well as harmony).
