Cool. I started out studying trational Jiu-Jitsu, and the best thing about it was the emphasis on rolling and falling. Those skills are so valuable, especially as you get older. Yeah I've got a little over 3 years of BJJ and 1.5 of Judo, I stated doing the big side brake falls as a joke but then they stuck and a buddy took a decent shot of me doing one and I figured it made for funny profile pic. Wouldn't suggest trying it though, it hurts like hell if you haven't done it in a while.

I had a similar experience with discovering Zevon, buying all the albums (some in multiple formats) & then processing the large range of strange. Even though this is one of his relatively few covers, its right up there in the genera of "Fuck off" broken love songs of sorts that make up a good chunk of his catalog. The killer guitar riffs are the main reason I would drive around blasting this out the window confusing the hell out of people; Badassery combined with WTF lyrics quintessential Zevon

I'm a huge Zevon fan. Just got into his music about four years ago and bought every single album he put out. I admit, at first I didn't know what to make of this song, but now it gets stuck in my head from time to time, and the guitar riffs are brilliant on this track...
