'We Must Have Been Out Of Our Minds' 1975 by KK and Rita. B-side Sweet Susannah. Sweet Suzannah written by Floyd 'Gib' Guilbeau. 'Gib' with Bobby Edwards had 1961 #4 hit 'You're The Reason'. 'Gib' and Gene Parsons of Byrds fame(not Gram) recorded 'Sweet Suzannah' spring 1967 in Hollywood for Gary 'Alley-Oop' Paxton's Bakersfield Interna' label. Paxton was Flip of 'Skip & Flip' Had 1959 #11 hit 'It Was I'. Recorded it at Audio Recorders in Phoenix AZ where Waylon recorded 1964 JD'S album..srj
