K-9 Posse was a hip hop trio who formed at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey in 1988, by Wardell Mahone and Vernon Lynch(the half-brother of Eddie Murphy). They released their self titled debut album in 1988, which had the hits 'Ain't Nuthin To It' and 'This Beat Is Military' and a second album, On A Serious Tip, in 1991 which produced the house flavored track, 'Get Wild Go Crazy'.
