Forgotten as soon as they die? By whom? If I recall there are tons of holidays and events to honour victims of 9/11, veterans, MLK , etc. if someone is a hero and than forgotten as soon as they die than they aren't much of a "hero" to begin with. Cops and Soldiers are a dime a dozen, they chose to do the job and don't deserve praise and respect for doing their job unless they can do it better than 99% of everyone else in their position. What an asshole comment. Aaliyah did a lot more in her life than "Showing off her midriff and dancing around." She accomplished more than most people do in multiple lifetimes. Don't hate and be jealous because so many people love and miss Aaliyah, because no one is gonna care about you when you die except your closest friends and family.
