Love the song, touches home with me. But it's also cool to call one of co-writers Brock Stalvey. A personal friend...

I love this song but so dam heartfelt and tough its a tearjerking song... recovering alcoholic last April after 10 yrs of boozing (started at 14)and the toughest thing to do is let go of the only thing that can get you thru a tough day. everyday is a temptation, urges temptation the need to drink seems to never go away.....

Not many people will like this even if it is the truth, because its more fun to bash those with opposite views than to accept that the music/movie industry is bullshit, along with our entire government system, but that's off topic.

I have every Joe Nichols CD and most political he ever gets is in the last verse of "If Nobody Believed in You." What does the "liberal" media have anything to do with his popularity? Toby Keith is very political in his music and is very famous. Joe Nichols is not more famous because he doesn't compromise the quality of country music just to follow the latest trend, his music is honest and truly about real experiences in his life, and he refuses to be an "image" just to be famous. Real music
