great renditons. But the fact Jeff made covers of several Dylan` s songs talks about the size of Jeff and primarily on the size of Dylan himself. Each cover is the asymptotic approximation to the original that can not be surpassed perhaps i like the cover more than the original, but it's a subjective point of view, I do not even have to know whether it is a cover but I like IT.. You can listen to- just like a woman from the album* blood on the tracks and that's it/ Music is not sport I do not like top charts at all and any competitions too/I like Dylan . Tim . Jeff . Cohen, Beatles. Floyd etc

Jeff made Dylan's songs his own. Even his own music and little verse changes in the songs are perfect. He reaches into my soul. I can't believe he's gone. What an awesome talent. I'm glad the tape was rolling.

Andy Wallace (producer) knew what he was doing during the recording of "Grace" up at Bearsville Studios in Woodstock NY. There was a little room, tucked away in the corner. This room had a Telecaster all plugged in and ready to go, at all times (like a continuous live stream or what have you). Because he was aware of Jeff's spontaneity, he purposely set that little section of the studio up. Knowing Jeff could wander in there at anytime of the day. Whether it was 2pm or 2 in the morning, Jeff would wind up in there. He just would. This is one of the results of that little section of Bearsville, set up, specifically, for one Jeffrey Scott Buckley. Love it. Wish he never left that room. RIP my Brother. There will never be another Jeff; it is f'ing impossible. Peace.
