There are very, very few songs I wish I had written but this is one. It's an out and out masterpiece. James' delivery is so raw, so real, so passionate, so desperate, so authentic, so touching. It's what music is: pure emotion, pure expression. To me it's one of the finest pieces of songwriting I've heard this century. Quite exceptional. The progression, the lyric, the music, the vocal delivery...Everytime I hear it it reaches me in the exact same way. That is musical magic.
