Thanks Music Fan This was the heyday, well not really. He has aged well and has never not been great, and Dave Lindley. There is nothing that can speak to the combination. They should have been inducted to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame together, because they have both done their best work together, The lyrics and songs to Jackson and Lindley makes them complete.

...was backstage in 1976 at UGA...met David Lindley....and watched in wonderment as JB came out tapping on his thigh as he went into this incredible song with DL's searing lapguitar slicing through my ears like a river to the sea.....
