Solo Blues Keyboard Lesson: Peter Kadar, professional keyboardist and instructor at Metalworks Institute, teaches you how to play a blues solo in this keyboard tutorial.

In this lesson, Peter teaches you to play a blues solo from the ground up. Playing a simple blues groove with the left hand, Peter starts off by playing a one-note solo through the whole blues progression to focus on timing and groove. Next, he slowly builds up one note at a time, until he uses the full blues scale. This tutorial is played in the C Blues Scale.

This is a great tutorial for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players. Send us your video responses of you playing a blues solo using this technique!

Thanks for watching Metalworks Institute Keyboard Tips.

Not a lesson....just a performance. You did next to nothing to teach anyone how to do it. But sure sounded good.
