What I love about them is their foundation is metal but they don't take themselves seriously about it. In a sense, it's like the ultimate form of flattery. Use the doom metal sounds with a schtick and make fun of it while having fun. Have the album lyrics written in runes the way Tool fans try to decipher the lyrics. Only to find out it's nothing special but just quirky humor. The ultimate form of flattery that pokes fun while paying homage to their metal influences. Brilliiant!!
