Firehouse still rocks. One of great bands that is still rocking out unlike alot of rock bands from those days. Miss the good rock unlike the bands out today not worthy.

I just saw them perform in Hartington, NE Friday July 20th, 2012 and they sounded awesome. It's a treat to hear a band that sounds as good as if not better than their recorded stuff. I'm happy to see that after 21 years, they still tour! They are in Korea next week even. They never stopped and are still true to their Rock and Roll format they started with years ago. What rock bands can claim they are still together after 21 years? Not many.

Firehouse's music hit the air waves pretty hard in 1991. Saigon Kick and Warrant were 2 of the last big 80s hair bands to come out with albums and hit songs on the radio. When Nirvana hit 1993, it spelled a quick death for just about all popular 80s music. Firehouse hit the scene way late, and had they come on about 5 to 7 years earlier, they would have been lumped into the leagues of Bon Jovi, Poison, Def Leppard, etc. IMHO, they are ever bit as good if not better than all those bands.

What am I hearing? The same Firehouse who sang such hits as "Love of a Lifetime" and "When I look into you eyes"? Always thought Firehouse went above and beyond the cheesy hair bands they were lumped with, good for them!
