yeah. I think the main reason why they don't get attention is because radio stations don't play their songs. If it wasn't for pandora, I never would have heard of lacuna coil,eyes of eden and several other non American bands

I agree. There are some good American bands, but they are mostly overrated. I am from Canada, and we have piles of great music artists from the 60s and 70s right to the present - but they get hardly any attention globally.

@omegga7jr true. but lately some other country are having good band too(canada,russia,japan,australia...). many group in europe are going ''commercial'' in my opinion. in flames, Children of bodom, cradle....i used to loved them but today their new stuff is mehhhh
