Yes, she is fantasizing about breaking out of her boring mold. The little girl symbolizes her the way she feels inside and all of the veggies that she is cutting up are all phalic in shape. I can't figure out what the bald drag queen in the background symbolizes though. Even the house on the outside is very stark and uninviting. She is walking away from it all at the end and the real self has come out. Fantastic video and song. Annie is one class act.

I've always wondered why Annie Lennox never gave us her acting brilliance, except for these videos she made. She'd have been a million times better actor than say... Madonna who tortured us with many of her roles.
