Ya know.I can pick up ANY EBMM EVH, no problems (aside from abuse or cosmetic issues). I can pick up ANY american Peavey Wolfgang, no problems (aside from abuse or cosmetic issues).When I pick up an american Fender EVH... its so hit or miss. Sharp fret ends, sharp fretboard ends, fret buzzing... crap setups, and just... doesn't provide me the same "satisfaction" as the older models.

Hell of a musician, but he's still a prick. He had a third of his tongue cut off to try to beat cancer and still smokes? I love hearing him talk about his sound. He couldn't even get close to VH or VHII if he tried anymore. Ed, that was 35 years ago - time to move on. Eruption is great, but it's time to write something new. lol

I have a Chinese made Wolfgang (Fender) and its pretty good. It took 3 ttys since the previous two had serious issues with the high E string being way too close to the edge of the fretboard (untweakable to "fix") but 3rd time was a charm.Now I am thinking about spending the big bucks and getting the USA "Stealth" model! About $2800 but man does it look awesome! Arch top, flat black...

This is a really good point about the Cancer Sticks-Edward is a really smart fellow and should know that his friends and fans would listen to him about quiting-my friends have used the vapor-type cigarettes-and it appears to have saved their lives.I have been fortunate in that I have a biology degree and know like everyone else-that tongue cancer is not from putting his Guitar Pick in his mouth during *Eruption* no matter what they are made of. I have a EVH Wolfgang-Sunburst-Love it Best!
